Work30 AI (“Work30,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Todd Gieseler, 21168 East Ocotillo Rd #1233, Queen Creek, AZ 85142, United States. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@work30ai.com.

• Account information. Your email address, display name and chosen username when you create a free Work30 account.
• Work30 activity. Your stage progress and the answers and plans you create inside the Work30 stages, so your work is saved between sessions.
• Reward requests. If you request a dining reward through a Work30 promotional video page, we collect the name and email you submit and a record of your qualification so the reward can be fulfilled.
• Referral information. If you arrive through someone’s referral link, we store a referral identifier so the correct person is credited.
• Technical information. Standard log and device information, plus basic usage and video engagement measurements used to operate and improve the platform.

We do not collect payment card information, and we never receive or process payments for paid Quick-Starts — those are paid directly between members. For a paid Quick-Start we store a record of the purchase: the product, the amount and method you selected, the member recorded as the seller, the date, and your own statement that you sent payment (plus any dispute or seller-reported refund). If you sell a Quick-Start, you can optionally publish a purchase support email address; that address is shown to members who paid you, and no other contact detail of yours is shared with them. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• To create and operate your account and save your Work30 progress.
• To send account, security and lifecycle email about your Work30 journey.
• To fulfill dining rewards you qualify for and to prevent duplicate claims.
• To credit referrals and resolve affiliate attribution.
• To measure, secure and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal information.

Several Work30 stages use AI to generate personalized plans from the answers you provide. Those answers are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your output. AI output is guidance and planning support, not professional, financial or legal advice.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember a referral identifier for up to 90 days if you arrive through a referral link. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in will no longer persist.

Some public forms — such as the reward email confirmation and launch notification signup — are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile receives limited technical information from your browser (such as IP address, user agent and interaction signals) solely to distinguish humans from automated abuse. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Lifecycle and marketing email includes a preferences link so you can unsubscribe at any time. Account and security email related to your account will still be sent. You can also manage preferences at /unsubscribe.

We share information only with the providers needed to run Work30 — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, AI processing, video hosting and reward fulfillment — and only to the extent required to deliver those services.

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists, and reward and email records for as long as needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@work30ai.com. Deleting your account removes your Work30 progress and saved work.

We may update this policy as Work30 evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
