Work30 AI (“Work30,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Todd Gieseler, 21168 East Ocotillo Rd #1233, Queen Creek, AZ 85142, United States. By using work30ai.com or creating a Work30 account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Work30 is a free education and action platform. It provides training, AI-assisted planning tools and guidance to help you build an additional source of income in focused 30-minute sessions. Work30 is not a job, an employment offer, a business opportunity purchase, or an investment.

Work30 does not guarantee income, earnings, customers or business results. Any income figures, pricing examples or goal calculations shown on this site or inside the member experience are illustrative examples used to explain concepts and math. They are not predictions, typical results, or promises. Your results depend on your effort, skills, offer, market conditions and many factors outside our control. Nothing on Work30 is professional, financial, tax or legal advice.

• Accounts are free and are for your personal use.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for your account security.
• Your username becomes your referral handle and is fixed once confirmed.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform, misrepresent Work30, or attempt to manipulate rewards or referral attribution.

Some recommended resources may use affiliate links. Work30 may receive compensation if you purchase through certain links, at no additional cost to you. Recommended resources are optional — you are never required to buy any tool to use Work30 or complete any stage.

Most of Work30 is free. Some optional Quick-Starts are paid, and those payments are made directly between members. You pay the Work30 member listed on the purchase screen, using their own payment method or payment link.

• Work30 AI does not receive, hold, process, verify or transmit these payments. Work30 is not the seller, not the merchant of record, and not a payment service.
• When you tell us you sent a payment, we record your statement and open your access immediately. We cannot confirm that any payment actually arrived.
• The member you paid is responsible for that sale, including any receipt, support, cancellation, refund and any taxes that apply to them.

Because Work30 never receives the money, Work30 cannot issue a refund. Refund requests are handled directly with the member you paid, on whatever terms that member offers. Work30 does not set, guarantee or enforce a refund window on their behalf.

• If that member reports to us that they refunded you, we record their report and remove your access to that Quick-Start. Your other access and your own saved work are not affected.
• If the member you paid has published a support address, it is shown to you inside the purchase help panel. If they have not, you can contact Work30 support and we will try to help you reach them.
• Work30 may remove or suspend access where a payment is disputed or reported as never received.

Members may share Work30 using a personal referral link, and may optionally connect their own affiliate links for supported resources. Sharing Work30 is not a guaranteed source of income and is not a compensation plan. When you share Work30, you must not make income claims, guarantees or promises on our behalf.

From time to time Work30 offers a complimentary dining reward to viewers who qualify by watching a promotional video and confirming their email. Qualification is required, and the reward is a dining certificate — not cash. Rewards are available to eligible recipients in the United States and Canada, limited to one per person per campaign, and subject to the issuing provider’s redemption terms and any applicable taxes. Creating a Work30 account is not required to receive a reward you have qualified for, and people outside the U.S. and Canada are still welcome to join Work30 free. We may withhold a reward where fraud, duplicate claims or abuse is suspected, and we may change or end a promotion at any time.

Work30 uses AI to generate personalized plans from the answers you provide. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be reviewed with your own judgment before you act on it. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.

Do not misuse the platform: no scraping or automated abuse, no attempts to bypass security or reward qualification, no reselling or republishing Work30 content as your own, and no unlawful, deceptive or harmful use.

Work30 content, branding and materials belong to us and are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use while your account is active. The plans and answers you create remain yours.

Work30 is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
